I've been having a lot of trouble with my skin lately and going back and forth to the doctors has never had much appeal and to be honest, it's doing my skin no good. I must have tried almost every cream, tablet, gel etc under the sun and nothing seems to be helping. So I've resorted to experimenting with drug store products to see if I can find some magic!
The first product I spied on the Superdrug shelves was the Witch Blemish Stick. Brilliant, exactly what I was looking for. Oh, wait... No it wasn't. I was very disappointed with this product!
Firstly the packaging isn't brilliant. For a product that is designed to target individual blemishes, the large, round stick is no good for precision application! You're guaranteed to hit the spot but then there's excess product everywhere else too!
My second bug bear with this product was the smell. I wasn't asking to be overpowered by something sweet smelling but this product has such a chemical smell to it that it's off putting. The whole process of using it was too much of an unpleasant experience so I switched to something else (review coming soon!).
I could probably cope with the smell/useless stick if the product worked miracles. But it didn't work at all. Not even a little bit.
